    Todays, where food, nutrition and health technologies are changing and developing quickly, the key purpose of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department is to train dietitians who can pursue scientific developments in diverse fields, produce products and services in line with these developments, think analytically, bring suggestions to problems, and have the ability to plan, implement and evaluate.

    The Hybrid Education System of our university makes Nutrition and Dietetics Department, which includes “Good Nutrition Practices” and “Problem-Based Learning”, skill laboratories and student panels different than others in Turkey. For this purpose, Good Nutrition Practices Hall and Experimental Food Laboratory, many required anthropometry, food and medical sciences laboratories are offered to our students.

    Graduates are employed in many different areas such as public/private hospitals and health institutions, all public/private institutions that nourish collectively (universities, banks, hotels, institutions such as primary and secondary education institutions, ministries, and nursing homes) and food producing industrial establishments.
